Mitch has been married to Rhonda for 38 years. They have two grown children who are married and four grandchildren. Mitch and Rhonda’s youngest son Ben, passed away at age 26. Mitch writes from over thirty year's combined experience in church, nonprofit’s, and the family entertainment sectors. He served as Co-Founder and Director of Focus on the Family's Marriage & Family Departments. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and is endorsed by the nation’s top family experts. Holds two graduate degrees in Ministry and Marriage and Family Therapy. Since 2012, he has served as the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Fatherhood CoMission.
