FATHERHOOD COMISSION 2026 SUMMIT

The Executive Board of the Fatherhood CoMission has announced that the 2026 Leaders Summit will take place, December 1-3, 2026, at WinShape Retreat near Rome, Georgia. The annual by-invitation-only Summit is hosted by The Fatherhood CoMission and Winshape. We strive to focus on the fellowship and strength we gain when we gather to Serve, Network, and Inspire leaders and influencers in the fatherhood movement. This event is graciously provided to you at no cost and made possible by Bubba and Cindy Cathy of the Chick-fil-A family. Invitations will go out at the beginning of June. One of our goals this year is to introduce the Summit to those new to FCM as well as old friends. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet, network, and collaborate with the nation’s top fathering leaders and decision-makers who care passionately about families and fathers. Each attendee will be given brief stage-time, and the opportunity to attend sessions designed specifically to encourage collaboration and networking. Once again, we will offer workshops, group sessions and featured speakers. This is a one-of-a-kind event that you really must experience to comprehend. The Summit includes: a strong focus on prayer; unity; God building our strategy and collaboration; networking; dreaming together; building lifelong friendships; listening to top-name speakers; and being in the same room with over 150 leaders and spouses. Finally, the challenge each year for each of us is to leave our logos and egos at the door and simply see what God does when His leaders gather for 3 days with one heart and one mind. We’ll discuss and pray about what God is showing us and how we can work together to turn the hearts of the fathers and children back to one another (Malachi 4:6). Things to know:

  • Winshape is on the campus of Berry College, 2277 Martha Berry Hwy NW, Mt. Berry, GA 30149.
  • If invited, you are responsible for your own transportation costs. If you drive, follow directions to Berry College and the signage will direct you to WinShape. If you fly, WinShape is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Atlanta Airport (ATL) and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Chattanooga Airport (CHA).
  • Check-in is Tuesday afternoon December 1, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm Eastern. The Summit begins that night with dinner. You should plan to depart WinShape on Thursday, December 3 around noon. Please note: this year’s dates are Tuesday to Thursday.
  • Due to insurance regulations, WinShape cannot accommodate infants or children.
