Billy Mauldin, President and Chief Executive Officer, came to Motor Racing Outreach (MRO) in January of 1999 having previously served as a volunteer dating back to 1995. A lifelong resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, Billy is married to Julie and father of Thor, Titan, Roxy and Daisy.
